France: Unknown man attacks people, some injured

An unidentified person attacked and wounded three people in the city of Antony near Paris, Report says, citing Figaro.

According to the newspaper, law enforcement officers were called to the area, and they arrested the offender. No one was killed in the incident.

Police believe it was not a terrorist attack because the perpetrator had a mental disorder.
