Four killed in explosion at South Korean defense plant

At least four people were killed and two others were injured in an explosion at a production facility operated by Hanwha Aerospace in Daejeon, South Korea.
According to Report, citing Yonhap News Agency, the explosion occurred on Monday morning, reportedly on the first floor of the plant. The cause of the incident has not yet been determined.
Firefighters are continuing efforts to extinguish the blaze that broke out following the explosion and spread through part of the facility.
South Korean President Lee Jae-myung has instructed authorities to mobilize all available resources for the rescue operation and emergency response.
An investigation into the cause of the explosion is expected once the fire is brought under control.
