First trained F-16 maintenance specialists return to Ukraine

The first maintenance specialists for the US F-16 fighters, trained in Western countries, have returned to Ukraine, said the speaker of the Ukrainian Air Force command Illia Yevlash, Report informs referring to Nv.ua.

“Of course, there can never be too many specialists of this kind. The first specialists in this field have already begun to return to Ukraine. They will be able to share their experience with those who are on the territory of Ukraine,” he said on the Priamyi TV channel.

Yevlash added that the country has a simulator for training Ukrainian pilots on aircraft of this type, donated by the Czech Republic.
