The EU welcomes the appointment of former Chief Justice of Nepal Sushila Karki as head of the country's interim government, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas wrote on X, Report informs.
"I welcome the appointment of the new Prime Minister of the interim government of Nepal, Sushila Karki. As a longstanding partner of the country, we support the people of Nepal and all efforts to ensure democracy, stability and reconciliation," she wrote.
