Washington and Tehran have reached a principled agreement aimed at the peaceful resolution of their ongoing conflict, according to Axios correspondent Barak Ravid's post on X, citing Iranian officials.
According to Report, source said however that Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is still expected to give final approval to the agreement.
Both Iranian and Qatari officials emphasized that the overnight US strikes significantly increased Iran's suspicion regarding the true intentions (of US President Donald Trump - ed.), Ravid noted.
