Argentina's ambassador summoned to Russian Foreign Ministry

Argentina's ambassador to Moscow, Enrique Ignacio Ferrer Vieyra, has been summoned to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Report informs, referring to the ministry.

The summons follows anti-Russian statements made by Argentina"s Minister of National Security, Patricia Bullrich.

The Russian Foreign Ministry rejected Bullrich"s claims and demanded an official explanation from the Argentine diplomat.

The Russian Foreign Ministry demanded an explanation from the diplomat and rejected Bullrich's claims about Moscow's involvement in wiretapping phones in the presidential palace of Argentina.

Earlier, Bullrich stated that Russia participated in wiretapping phone conversations in the presidential palace with the aim of disrupting the political situation in Argentina.
