Items imported from Turkey to Azerbaijan for training purposes exempt from customs duties

Azerbaijan and Turkey have mutually exempted supplies that they import from each other to train special forces from customs duties and other taxes, Report informs, citing the draft law "On approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the training of special forces of the Azerbaijani Army and the Turkish Armed Forces."
According to the document, the host country (HC) exempts the supplies temporarily imported into the HC by the sending country (SC) to use for exercises from customs duties and other taxes following the provisions of international agreements.
