Azerbaijani citizens to be exempted from exams when changing driving license in UAE

Citizens of Azerbaijan won't have to pass theoretical and practical test when changing their driving license in the United Arab Emirates, Report informs.

This was reflected in the bill on the approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the United Arab Emirates on mutual recognition and exchange of driving licenses.
