Second Karabakh War discussed at National Defense University of Romania

An online international scientific-practical conference "Strategies XXI" was held at the "Carol I" National Defense University of Romania, Report informs, citing Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

At the conference's plenary session, the rector of the National Defense University, Professor, Lieutenant General Heydar Piriyev delivered a report on "Military aspects of the Second Karabakh War" and answered the questions of conference participants.
