Military prosecutor: Investigation underway on criminal case committed by Armenian illegal armed formations

Investigative and operational measures continue in the Azerbaijani Military Prosecutor’s Office regarding the crimes against humanity, war, terrorism, intentional homicide and other criminal acts committed by the Armenian Armed Forces and illegal Armenian armed formations against Azerbaijani people under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, Deputy General Prosecutor-Military Prosecutor of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General of Justice Khanlar Valiyev said at the board meeting held at the Military Prosecutor’s Office, Report informs.

The military prosecutor said that together with the relevant institutions, the identity of the persons killed in both the First Karabakh War and the Second Karabakh War, as well as during the prevention of further provocations by Armenia in August or September last year, were determined and handed over according to their relevance, and the work was continued towards taking necessary measures related to the mentioned issues.
