French Ambassador: Very saddened by the loss of lives in Barda

French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross said he was agitated by the civilian casualties in the Barda rocket attacks.
He wrote on his Twitter page, Report says.
"I am very saddened by the loss of lives in Barda," the Ambassador stated.
On October 28, the Armenian armed forces fired cluster missiles at civilians and commercial facilities in Barda, killing 21 people and injuring about 70.
