US allocates financial assistance to Karabakh separatists

The US House of Representatives has approved the amendment to allocate $ 1.4 million to the Armenian community in the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, Report says, citing Novosti Armenia.

 These funds will be reportedly delivered  to the HALO Trust program for the demining of Karabakh.

Notably, the US has suspended to fund the program since  March 2020.
