"I have seen the horrors and disasters of the war in Afghanistan. I am personally acquainted with the disasters and destructive effects of mines," UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Ghulam Isaczai said at a webinar entitled 'The Second Karabakh War and Mines.'
