Hulusi Akar: "Turkey-Russia Joint Center is under construction"

"Currently, the construction of the Turkish-Russian Joint Center is underway. Our comrades will take office there in a short time. "
Report informs citing the Anadolu, Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said.
"Turkish and Russian officers will work together to observe the ceasefire," he said.
