MoD: Reports on shelling of Khankandi by Azerbaijan Army are false

Reports spread by the Armenian press that Azerbaijani Army units fired rockets at Khankandi since the morning and caused material damage to the civilian population are false and aimed at aggravating the situation.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Report.
"We state that our units only strike at enemy firing points," the statement said.
