Putin, Pashinyan mull situation around Karabakh

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have discussed the implementation of the tripartite agreements of the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan in a phone call, Report's Russian bureau informs, citing the Kremlin's website.

"The discussion continued around the practical aspects of the implementation of tripartite agreements between the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan dated November 9, 2020, January 11, and November 26, 2021. In particular, the sides exchanged views on the provision of security on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and restoration of economic, transport, and logistic ties in the South Caucasus," the statement reads.

Pashinyan also informed about recent contacts to normalize the relations between Armenia and Turkiye.
