President: My main duty is to return Azerbaijani lands

"Once again, I declare that I will fulfill all the promises made. I am faithful to all promises."

President Ilham Aliyev said in his address to the nation, Report informs.

"The main issue for my activity as President, my main task is the return of Azerbaijani lands and territorial integrity restoration. We are doing it today. Negotiations on the battlefield for almost 30 years did not yield any results. The fortifications built by Armenia in the occupied territories show that they did not intend to give us these lands. They deceived international mediators and us. They just extended the time. At the same time, they were illegally settling in the occupied territories," the head of state added.
