Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu: Russia should prevent ceasefire violation by Armenia

"A joint Turkish-Russian Monitoring Center will be established as soon as possible. The center will be in the area mentioned by Azerbaijan," Report quotes Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
"Armenia and the Armenian people will also benefit from stability in the South Caucasus. Russia should prevent ceasefire violations. Otherwise, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has already said what steps would be taken," he said.
