Hulusi Akar: Turkey sent 60 servicemen to Karabakh

"An agreement has been reached on a joint Turkish-Russian monitoring center to observe the ceasefire in Karabakh. At present, the construction of the center is underway," said Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.
"We will discuss the issue of service period with the Russian side," he emphasized.
According to Report, the Minister noted that Turkey had already sent 60 soldiers to Karabakh.
