Hulusi Akar: Inter-post patrol service to be conducted in Karabakh

"Patrol service will be managed between the observation posts to be established in Karabakh," said Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.
"Work is underway to observe the ceasefire in Karabakh," he added.
