Hikmat Hajiyev: Ruined ghost town Aghdam is example of urbicide

"Upon instruction of President Ilham Aliyev taking diplomatic corps, heads of international org to Tartar and newly liberated Aghdam. In Tartar, we will see the results of heavy bombardment by Armenia," Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev said on his Twitter page.

"Aghdam ruined ghost town is an example of Urbicide. The exiled Garabagh football club is with us," he added.
