Enemy again targets civilians in Terter

Armenian armed forces continue shelling Terter city and surrounding villages, violating the humanitarian ceasefire.
Report's correspondent sent to the frontline informs.
Starting from October 14, the enemy again targeted civilians, firing several artillery shells into the city center. As a result, one civilian died.
The Azerbaijani Army is taking adequate response measures to the Armenians.
