Elnur Mammadov: Studies reveal that Azerbaijani prisoners are tortured

"Armenia has widely used the practice of hostage-taking," said the Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Elnur Mammadov.
Report quotes him as saying that the hostages might be alive.
"The studies conducted on Azerbaijani nationals show that Azerbaijani prisoners of war are tortured and kept in deplorable conditions. We are concerned about the uncertainty of their fate," he said.
