Armenians are fleeing Khankendi, says Russian media

Spontaneous evacuation of the population has begun in the occupied Azerbaijani city of Khankendi, Report informs, citing Izvestia.
Armenia sends people en masse to Yerevan.
"They send them like that, they say they will definitely be met in the capital. Yerevan authorities will arrange a meeting," the news emphasized.
Police help to evacuate some individuals, stopping passing cars and asking drivers to take strangers out of the city.
