Civilian wounded as Armenians shell Tartar

Armenian armed forces continue to fire on the Tartar region to violate the humanitarian ceasefire, Report's correspondent dispatched to frontline says.

On the morning of October 12, the enemy again targeted civilians and fired more than 20 artillery shells at the Tartar region's surrounding villages. As a result, a resident of Kangarli village was injured, and civilian houses were damaged.
