WUF13: Water risks concentrated in most vulnerable areas

Urban water risks are concentrated in the most vulnerable areas, and this is the result of years of misguided policy.

Report informs that Rocio Lombera Gonzalez, General Coordinator for International Affairs of Mexico City, said this as part of WUF13 in Baku.

According to her, water is not only a human right, but also an integral part of the right to the city.

"The uneven distribution of risks is not accidental, and this situation is the result of poor planning carried out over many years," she said.
