Sumgayit university hosts session on World Urban Forum

An information session dedicated to the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) was held at Sumgayit State University to raise public awareness about the event.

According to Report, the session was attended by the university's leadership, faculty members, students, and representatives of relevant institutions.

WUF13 Azerbaijan Operating Company Communications Manager Emin Huseynzada, State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture representative Ramiz Idrisoghlu, and Sumgayit City Executive Authority department head Farman Kazimov spoke about the forum's goals, key priorities, and international significance.

The speakers noted that WUF13 will bring together experts from around the world working in urban planning, architecture, and sustainable development.

During the session, participants were informed that the forum's program has already been presented to the public, and detailed information about panel discussions, exhibitions, and other events is available on the official WUF13 website.

The event will continue in the evening with a public program.
