Horadiz–Jabrayil–Zangilan–Aghband road 95% complete

Construction of the Horadiz–Jabrayil–Zangilan–Aghband highway, a key segment of the Zangazur Corridor, is now 95% complete, Report informs, citing the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads.
The nearly 150-kilometer-long road holds strategic importance and will serve as a major component of new transport and economic links in the region.
The project is being implemented according to modern standards and includes the construction of tunnels, bridges, and interchanges.
The highway is part of the Hajigabul–Horadiz–Aghband–Zangazur Corridor route and plays a vital role in connecting other regions of Azerbaijan with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Once completed, the road is expected to create new economic and logistical opportunities both for Azerbaijan and the wider region.
