Azerbaijan Railways increases transit freight by 47%

In the first half of this year, Azerbaijan Railways JSC transported 8,577,000,000 tons of cargo (+18.7%), Report informs.

3.2 million tons of freight were international, 3.7 million tons were transit, and 1.7 million tons were domestic. These are respectively 6.7% less, 47.3% more, and 33.55% more than a year ago.
