Azerbaijan amends law ‘On State Duty’

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a law on amendments to the law ‘On State Duty,’ Report informs.
According to the amendment, no state duty is levied for issuing an extract from the state register of real estate and technical documentation (passport and plan) on state registration of property rights of persons who have received a share in the privatized lands of liquidated state and collective farms in accordance with the law ‘On Land Reform,’ but who didn’t formalize the ownership of these lands.
