Brazil has adopted laws to reduce inequality in cities, expand access to housing, strengthen vulnerable communities and protect the ecosystem.
Report informs that Brazilian representative Alessandra D'Avila said this at WUF13 in Baku.
She touched upon issues related to housing and land rights in Brazil.
D'Avila noted that Brazil's Constitution and laws such as the "Right to the City" and the "Social Function of Land" enshrine the social and environmental function of land.
