Russian cyclists will not be able to participate in the 2024 Summer Olympic Games to be held in Paris, France, the head coach of the national team, Sergey Kovpanets, told RIA Novosti, Report informs.
He said that they have no chance to go to Paris: "We were excluded from the Olympics. We could perform well there, athletes show fast results. It was possible to earn rating points at the World Championship. It is strange that athletes have motivation, young people also compete well. We are already targeting the next Olympic cycle."
