Islamic Games: Azerbaijani kickboxing national team in top 3

Azerbaijan got into the top 3 in the kickboxing competitions of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games, the press service of the Azerbaijan Kickboxing Federation told Report.

The national team, with 3 gold, 5 silver, and 7 bronze medals, was the 3rd in the medal standings.

Turkiye was in 1st place. The country won 17 gold, 5 silver, and 4 bronze medals. Kazakhstan ranked 2nd with 4 gold, 1 silver, and 3 bronze medals.

Azerbaijan won 99 medals in the overall standings of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games. Having won 29 gold, 36 silver, and 34 bronze medals, Azerbaijan was 4th after Turkiye, Uzbekistan, and Iran.
