International swimming tournament to be held in Ganja

The ASF Ganja Cup 2025 tournament will take place at the Ganja Sports Palace. It is organized by the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation (ASF) with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Baku City Circle Operations Company.

ASF's press service told Report that more than 200 swimmers representing various clubs will participate in the competition.

Travel (Baku–Ganja–Baku), accommodation, and meals will be reimbursed for athletes representing a club and holding more than 300 WA points (formerly FINA). Athletes who do not meet these criteria may also participate at their discretion; however, only transportation will be provided for them.

The city of Ganja will host swimming competitions and several other sports during the III CIS Games. The opening and closing ceremonies of these prestigious competitions will take place at the Ganja City Stadium on September 28 and October 8, respectively.

Swimming competitions will be held at the Ganja Sports Palace from September 27 to October 2.

ASF Ganja Cup 2025 will be organized on September 13–14.
