Azerbaijan obtains right to hold international competitions in alpine skiing

Shahdag Mountain Resort was presented with a certificate of homologation by the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS), Report informs, citing the Winter Sports Federation.
The homologation process of the slopes carried out at the Shahdag Mountain Resort has been completed by experts appointed by FIS.
According to the certificate, Shahdag Mountain Resort is given the right to hold international competitions in slalom, giant slalom, and super G Alpine skiing.
At the same time, Shahdag Mountain Resort can be included in the competition calendar of the FIS.
