Landmine explosion kills shepherd in Azerbaijan’s Jojug Marjanli

A shepherd has been killed by a mine explosion on the territory of Jojug Marjanli in Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil district, Report informs referring to the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) and the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The incident occurred in an area which has not been cleared of mines.
Ogtay Alishov (1964), a resident of the Gazakhlar village of the Fuzuli district, engaged in animal husbandry, crossed to a territory not cleared of mines, where he was killed as a result of an anti-tank mine explosion.
