Another 926 mines found in liberated territories

The Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has found 926 more mines in the liberated territories last week, Report informs.

During the demining operations carried out on March 1-31 in Tartar, Aghdam, Khojavand, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan districts, 270 anti-personnel mines, 656 anti-tank mines, and 1465 unexploded ordnance were found and destroyed.

As a result, 5,983 hectares of territories were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
