Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 49th World Finals of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) held in Baku, Kazimov noted that the driving force of future global changes is precisely talents and young programmers.

"It is a great honor for us to host you and share the rich heritage of our country and our beautiful city of Baku. As a local team supporting this competition, we were inspired by the vision of investing in innovation, technology, and above all, talent. Especially investing in talents. Because you are the driving force of future change. I sincerely hope that after returning home, you will preserve the memories of the competition, while also remembering the spirit of our culture, the warmth of our hospitality, and of course, the long-lasting friendships you found during these days," Kazimov highlighted.

He also emphasized that he followed the progress of the competition and the rivalry between teams with interest and excitement.

"I understood that the algorithms you write are not just lines of code. They reflect your creativity, perseverance, and most importantly, your teamwork.
