Media becomes a tool for cyberbullying without even knowing it, Tural Mammadov, head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security of Azerbaijan, said at the forum dedicated to social processes in the media plane held in Baku, according to Report.
"Media should be involved in anti-cyberbullying training and awareness-raising work. This is because sharing certain news that appears to be interesting without maintaining anonymity makes people featured in the news direct targets of cyberbullying. In this case, media becomes a tool for cyberbullying , without even knowing it. Therefore, they must be very careful when publishing news and any information," he said.
