Azercosmos exported nearly $12 million in services over eight months

From January to August 2025, the Space Agency under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (Azercosmos) exported satellite telecommunication services valued at $11.6 million, Report informs, citing the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

According to the September edition of the Center"s Export Review, around 100 companies across 41 countries purchased Azercosmos" satellite services during this period. The main export markets were the United Kingdom ($3.1 million), Luxembourg ($2.3 million), Nigeria ($569,500), Türkiye ($537,900), and Sweden ($530,400).

Export revenues represented 66% of Azercosmos" total income for the reporting period.

In August alone, the agency provided satellite telecommunication services worth $1.5 million to clients in 35 countries.
