New training programs have been launched in Azerbaijans regions to increase digital literacy.
Shahmar Hajiyahyayev, Head of the Information Security Department at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, said this at an event titled "The Future of Financial Cybersecurity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence" held in Baku, Report informs.
"We are applying some programs called Digital Literacy. This is not only about cybersecurity or artificial intelligence. For example, there may be an employee of an institution who cannot prepare a proper PowerPoint slide during their work or cannot correctly enter information in electronic document circulation. What have we done for this? This year, we integrated that platform with cybersecurity. Using the LMS platform, we have already launched various programs in districts and regions to increase digital literacy, primarily among executive authorities in all districts. Here, we are trying to create segmentation not only for employees of state institutions, but also for citizens, so that these programs can be applied to different groups," he said.
