Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan may synchronize customs procedures

Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Rashad Nabiyev met with Co-Chair of the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, Minister of Trade and Integration Bakhyt Sultanov.
The bilateral cooperation in the field of transport and ICT was discussed at the meeting. They stressed the importance of the unification of tariffs for transportation on the corridor and synchronization of customs procedures to increase the volume of cargo shipping on international corridors passing through two countries.
A delegation led by Sultanov visited Azerbaijan to attend the 17th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission.
