Yagut Garayeva: Many patients are connected to artificial ventilations

At present, the number of patients connected to artificial ventilation devices is higher than in the previous period.
Yagut Garayeva, head of the Disease Prevention and Control Department of the Medical Territorial Units Management Association (TABIB), said about coronavirus patients, Report informs.
According to her, the reason is that the disease directly affects the respiratory system:
"Unfortunately, people themselves and sometimes doctors prescribe antibiotics to patients at the initial stage, which is wrong. Unless there is a specific complication, antibiotics should be avoided. "
