Cardiologist: Number of people taking vitamins without medical supervision grows

If you have a vitamin D deficiency, then take it without waiting for any disease, a specialist of the Azerbaijani Health Ministry, arrhythmologist, invasive cardiologist Farid Aliyev said on World Heart Day, Report informs.
“Unfortunately, today the number of people taking vitamins D and B without medical supervision has increased in the country,” the specialist added.
Aliyev noted that an excess of vitamin B in the body can lead to oncological diseases in the future.
“That is, if patients have any vitamin deficiency, they should try to supplement it. But they should not forget that everything is harmful in excess,” he stressed.
