Azerbaijan announces weekly COVID statistics

Azerbaijan recorded 45 new coronavirus cases over the past week, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

101 people infected with COVID-19 recovered, two died.

Overall, the country has reported 834,095 cases of infection, 823,689 recoveries, and 10,358 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 48 people are receiving treatment.

Over the past week, 3,184 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 7,706,434 tests have been performed since the start of the pandemic.

No one was vaccinated in the country during the past week.
