Zahid Oruj: Interaction between Azerbaijani and Turkish media is important

The interaction between the media of Azerbaijan and Türkiye is an important issue, especially in the context of global changes and the search for a new security architecture in the world, the head of the Center for Social Research and chairman of the Milli Majlis Committee on Human Rights Zahid Oruj told a round table dedicated to the 5th anniversary of signing the Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation in the media sphere between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.

According to him, the golden period of joint actions between Türkiye and Azerbaijan came during the 44-day war in autumn 2020: "From the very first day of the war, the unity of the heads of state also motivated journalists."
