Turkish embassy extends congratulations to Azerbaijan

The Turkish Embassy congratulates Azerbaijan on the day of the restoration of Azerbaijan's Independence.
According to Report, the message reads:
"Grief, pain, and tears. January 20 massacre, Khojaly genocide, and occupations. Noble struggle and independence. Live in success and prosperity, Azerbaijan. Congratulations on the 30th anniversary of the restoration of independence!"
