Putin: Azerbaijan-Russia partnership developing successfully despite pandemic

The partnership between Azerbaijan and Russia is developing successfully despite the pandemic, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
"Russia is one of the leading trade and economic partners of Azerbaijan," Putin said.
He noted that for nine months of 2021, the trade turnover between the countries increased by 11%. There are 900 Russian enterprises in Azerbaijan.
The Russian leader also added that 2022 would mark 30 years of diplomatic relations between the countries.
