Azerbaijan wants to rule out new human losses by offering peace to Armenia, Assistant to the First Vice President Elchin Amirbayov said at a conference on "The role of women in post-conflict reconstruction."
According to Report, he said that large-scale reconstruction work is being carried out in the liberated areas to ensure the return of IDPs: "General plans of several cities are ready. This work continues."
