President Ilham Aliyev congratulates his Ugandan counterpart

President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
According to Report, the message reads:
"Dear Mr. President,
On the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Uganda – Independence Day, on my behalf and behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I cordially congratulate you and your people.
"There are ample opportunities to develop relations between our countries both bilaterally and within the international bodies, particularly the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Non-Aligned Movement.
"On this unforgettable day, I extend my best wishes and wish everlasting peace and prosperity to your friendly people."
